Painter

Greetings from Masters Preci Tools, Jeddimetla, Hyderabad.

We are hiring an experienced Painter for our company location.

Locals or outstation candidates who are willing to relocate are preferred.

Surface Preparation:Clean and prepare steel surfaces for painting by removing dirt, rust, grease, or other contaminants using appropriate tools and methods.

Perform surface repairs, such as filling pits, cracks, and imperfections using suitable materials.

Use power tools, sandblasting, or chemical treatments to prepare surfaces as necessary.

Paint Application:Select appropriate industrial paint systems and coatings based on machinery specifications, environmental factors, and desired finish.

Mix paints and primers to achieve the desired color, consistency, and performance characteristics.

Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, ensuring uniform coverage and consistent thickness.

Utilize specialized techniques, such as airless spraying or electrostatic painting, to achieve optimal results.

Follow proper drying and curing procedures to ensure the durability and longevity of the applied coatings.

Quality Control:Inspect painted surfaces for defects, such as runs, sags, or uneven coating thickness, and make necessary corrections.

Conduct adhesion tests and visual inspections to ensure paint adherence and coverage quality.

Perform color matching and verification to meet specified requirements.

Maintain accurate records of paint mixtures, application techniques, and inspection results.

Safety and Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines related to painting, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and proper ventilation.

Follow environmental regulations for the handling, storage, and disposal of paints, solvents, and other hazardous materials.

Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and specifications for steel machine painting.

Equipment Maintenance:Clean and maintain painting equipment, tools, and spray booths regularly to ensure proper functioning and longevity.

Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Steel Machine Painter in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably with experience in painting steel machinery and equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial paint systems, including epoxy, polyurethane, and corrosion-resistant coatings.
• Familiarity with surface preparation techniques, such as sandblasting, chemical cleaning, and power tooling.
• Proficiency in using paint application equipment, including brushes, rollers, and spray guns.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and drawings related to painting and coatings.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to painting in an industrial setting.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Work timings :- 08:30 AM To 06:00 PM
