Job Description

Role OverviewMasters Pharma is looking for experienced pharmaceutical industry professionals to join as Part-Time Industry Faculty and provide practical, industry-oriented training to pharmacy students and aspiring pharmaceutical professionals.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver practical sessions on pharmaceutical industry operations and current industry practices.
  • Train students in QA, QC, Production, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Validation, Documentation and GMP, Clinical Research, Medical coding based on area of expertise.
  • Explain practical concepts using real-world pharmaceutical industry examples and case studies.
  • Provide training on SOPs, BMR/BPR, deviations, CAPA, change control, OOS/OOT, investigations, validation and qualification.
  • Conduct interactive online/offline classes, workshops and doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Prepare or review training materials, presentations, assignments and assessments.
  • Guide students regarding pharmaceutical industry careers, interviews and job readiness.
  • Support Masters Pharma's Industry-Oriented Training Program and academic initiatives.
  • EligibilityQualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / M.Sc. or relevant pharmaceutical qualification.
  • Experience: Preferably 3+ years of practical pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Professionals currently working in the pharmaceutical industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong practical knowledge in at least one area: QA, QC, Production, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Validation, Microbiology, Engineering/Qualification or related functions.
  • Good communication and teaching/presentation skills.

Preferred CandidateProfessionals who can translate their actual pharmaceutical industry experience into practical learning for students and are interested in teaching on a flexible, part-time basis.

Engagement: Flexible / Session-Based / Part-Time

Remuneration: Based on experience, expertise and number of sessions.
