Placement Officer

We are a fast-growing IT Training Academy focused on equipping students with in-demand technical skills such as Data Science , Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Full Stack Development, Python, Testing, and Data Technologies. Our mission is to ensure successful career outcomes by connecting trained students with top IT companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT companies, startups, and consultancies for student placements
• Identify hiring opportunities for freshers and organize campus drives, walk-ins, and virtual interviews
• Coordinate end-to-end placement activities including interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer closures
• Develop and manage a database of recruiters and hiring managers
• Work closely with trainers to ensure students are interview-ready
• Track and report placement metrics (interviews scheduled, offers, conversions, etc.)
• Arrange mock interviews, resume reviews, and placement readiness sessions

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in IT recruitment / technical staffing / placement coordination
• Strong network with IT companies and hiring managers
• Experience in bulk hiring or fresher hiring drives is highly preferred
• Good understanding of IT roles such as Data Science,Data Analytics,AI, Java Developer, Python Developer, Full Stack Developer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst etc.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Ability to work with targets and placement goals
