Job Description
🚨 URGENT HIRING – Sales Executive | Real Estate Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Position: Tele Sales Executive – Real Estate
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective clients and introduce relevant real estate opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
- Assist clients during site visits whenever required.
- Maintain accurate lead records and sales activity updates.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred.
- Ability to build client relationships and manage follow-ups effectively.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Training & Selection
- Mandatory 6-day training period before the offer letter is issued.
- The offer letter will be provided upon successful completion of the training and evaluation.
- CompensationFixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives.
