We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in selling residential and commercial properties. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to build a career in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, referrals, and marketing activities
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients
- Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
- Assist in negotiation and closing of property deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
