Retail Sales Associate

Kanyaa Rajsons is a well-established ladies’ ethnic and occasion-wear store in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. We are looking for 2 enthusiastic and presentable Male Retail Sales Associates to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and understand their requirements
• Assist customers in selecting outfits and suggest suitable options
• Handle customer interactions and contribute towards closing sales
• Assist customers during trials and coordinate with the store team
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout the shopping experience
• Assist with store displays and merchandise arrangement
• Help change and maintain mannequins and displays
• Arrange racks, shelves and merchandise
• Assist with incoming stock, packing and other day-to-day store activities
• Help maintain the overall appearance and readiness of the store
• Be willing to handle both sales and general store operations

What We Are Looking For

• Good communication skills and ability to communicate comfortably in Telugu is essential
• Basic Hindi/English communication will be an advantage
• Well-groomed, presentable and confident personality
• Pleasant and customer-friendly attitude
• Energetic, hardworking and willing to take initiative
• Punctual and reliable
• Comfortable standing and working on the retail floor for extended hours
• Willingness to learn and grow with the organisation
• Retail/fashion/sales experience is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are also welcome
• Candidates residing in Jubilee Hills or nearby areas are preferred
• No specific age restriction – suitability and attitude are more important

This is a role combining customer-facing sales with store operations. Candidates should be comfortable contributing to both areas and should not hesitate to assist with displays, merchandise arrangement, mannequins and other day-to-day store requirements when needed.
