We are hiring a Sales & Customer Support Executive to manage customer communication, sales activities, lead generation, and customer support for our digital platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Explain company services and benefits to customers.
• Generate new leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Assist customers with registration and platform-related enquiries.
• Promote company services and encourage customer registrations.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain daily calling reports and customer records.
• Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer issues.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Requirements:

• Fluent Telugu and basic English communication skills.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Must have a personal smartphone and active mobile connection.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and mobile applications.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is an advantage.

Employment Terms:

• This is a contract-based, part-time position.
• No fixed contract duration is specified.
• Continuation of employment depends on company requirements, individual performance, and business needs.
