Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales or telesales, with strong communication, lead-conversion, and relationship-building skills.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position involving outbound calls, lead generation, client follow-ups, and converting business prospects into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential B2B customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Identify customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads through calls and follow-ups.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and update CRM/customer databases.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Telesales / Inside Sales.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience handling outbound sales calls and lead conversion.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Candidates must be willing to work from office in Hyderabad.
• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Average Incentives: ₹10,000 per month
• Earning Potential: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
