Role SummaryWe are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Executive to meet walk-in patients at the clinic, explain our services, counsel them on suitable treatment programs, and convert consultations into paid enrollments.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in:
Clinic Sales | Healthcare Sales | Wellness Sales | Patient Counselling | Inside Sales | Walk-in Conversions
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and counsel walk-in patients at the clinic
- Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable programs
- Explain treatment plans, benefits, timelines, and outcomes
- Convert doctor consultations into paid enrollments
- Handle objections related to cost, time, and family concerns
- Follow up with non-converted walk-ins via calls and WhatsApp
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
- Maintain sales MIS, lead tracker, and conversion reports
- Coordinate with doctors, nutritionists, CRM, and onboarding teams
- Support renewals, referrals, and package upgrades
- Collect patient testimonials and Google reviews
