👩‍💼 Candidate Profile

We are looking for an experienced and confident Female Senior Sales Manager who can take responsibility for client acquisition, relationship management, quotations, follow-ups, negotiations and successful project closures in the civil construction and infrastructure industry.

Key Skills Required

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

✅ Ability to understand client requirements, budgets and expectations

✅ Good knowledge of civil construction / building works / infrastructure projects

✅ Ability to understand and work with BOQs (Bill of Quantities)

✅ Capability to explain construction scope, specifications, materials and costing to clients

✅ Strong lead follow-up and conversion skills

✅ Ability to prepare, discuss and negotiate quotations with clients

✅ Experience in sales closing and project conversion

✅ Ability to build long-term relationships with homeowners, developers, architects and other industry professionals

✅ Target-oriented, proactive and confident personality

✅ Ability to coordinate with the technical, estimation and execution teams

✅ Willingness to take ownership of sales from initial enquiry to project closure

💼 Major Responsibilities

* Generate and follow up on construction-related leads

* Understand the client’s construction requirements in detail

* Conduct client discussions and presentations

* Coordinate for BOQ preparation, costing and quotations

* Explain project scope, quality standards, specifications and commercial terms

* Negotiate professionally and convert enquiries into confirmed projects

* Maintain regular follow-ups until closure

* Develop new client and referral networks

* Coordinate between clients and the internal technical/execution team

* Maintain sales pipeline and provide regular updates

* Achieve monthly sales and project-closing targets

* Ensure excellent client experience throughout the sales process

We need someone who is not just a salesperson, but a strong communicator and deal-closer who can understand what the client wants, present the right construction solution, build confidence and successfully convert the opportunity into a project.

Experience in civil construction, real estate, infrastructure, interior/construction sales or a related field will be preferred.
