Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with knowledge of the aquaculture
and fish industry. The candidate should have Graduation / Post
Graduation in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Agriculture, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with 2–3 years of
experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management within the aquaculture/fisheries sector. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling aquaculture products, developing new markets, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. The candidate should have a good understanding of fish feed, pond fertilization practices, aquaculture
products, and customer requirements. Strong communication, negotiation, and market development skills are essential. Knowledge of local
languages is preferred for effective communication with farmers, dealers, and customers while building strong market relationships. Proficiency in computer applications, MS Office, data management, and analytical
skills is preferred for sales reporting, performance evaluation, and decision-making.
