Job Description
Assist the Lady CEO - an MBA from IIM Indore, in managing her very successful food products startup.
Your work will cover both Sales & Operations
· Support/Help the CRM Lead in Managing Customer Interactions - On WhatsApp, Phone or Email
· Manage Delivery Operations - Scheduling and Coordination
Good Written & Spoken English - Fluent & Fast Typing into a Desktop/Laptop.
Ability to write / talk in nice, pleasant English with customers.
Fluent in Telugu
Living Within 10km of Banjara Hills
Since it is a Food business where business is high on Weekends and Festival days, the Weekly Off will not be on a Weekend (Saturday or Sunday), Festivals or Public Holidays. All food related businesses operate this way.
