Job Description

Customer Service: Greet clients, listen to vehicle concerns, and explain technical repair terms in simple language.

Scheduling: Book service appointments and manage daily workshop workflow.

Estimates: Write accurate cost and time estimates for parts and labor.

Coordination: Relay customer requests to mechanics and track repair progress.

Approvals: Contact clients to secure permission before starting extra repair work.

Billing: Process payments, explain final invoices, and handle complaints
