We are urgently hiring an experienced South Indian Commi for Special 9 Restaurant, Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare South Indian dishes
  • Handle daily kitchen preparation and cooking.
  • Maintain food quality, taste and presentation.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and coordinate with the kitchen team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in South Indian cuisine is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of South Indian cooking.
  • Ability to work in a restaurant kitchen.
  • Hardworking and responsible candidate.
