Job Description
We are looking for responsible, energetic, and customer-oriented Store Staff to support daily store operations, maintain cleanliness, assist customers, and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers and provide a friendly service experience.
- Handle daily store operations and follow company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the store.
- Manage stock, replenish products, and report shortages or damaged items.
- Assist with customer billing and payment handling, if assigned.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of store equipment.
- Follow operational, safety, and security guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Store In-charge and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Report customer complaints, operational issues, and discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional behaviour during duty hours.
