•Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and user accounts.
• Manage file servers, shared folders, and access permissions.
• Monitor server health, storage utilization, and backups.
• Install,configure, and support Windows workstations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user-related issues.
