•Employment Type -Full Time, Permanent.

•Education Qualification - Under Graduates, Graduates and Postgraduates.

•5 Days Working (Rotational Weekly Off)

•24/7 shifts (Night shifts)

Roles & Responsibilities:

•Provide customer and technical support

•AD: Knowledge on - Active Directory, Proxy, DNS, Group Policy. Network: Knowledge on – LAN setup, basic routing and switching, passive networking.

•Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries

•Windows & Smartphones: Windows operating system knowledge (e.g. Windows 7, 8.1, 10, 11), Windows smartphone and telecommunication knowledge. COTS (standard SW, standard HW)

•O365: Understanding of Microsoft Office (e.g. Office 365)

•Relevant experience in International Voice Process

•Excellent customer handling skills

•Should be comfortable working for Night shifts & Voice process

Eligibility Criteria: -

1.Excellent Communication Skills in English (B2 & Above).

2.Candidates from any voice background are eligible for this role
