Real Estate Telecaller – Madhapur, HyderabadWe are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our Real Estate Sales Team in Madhapur, Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining project details, conducting regular follow-ups, and scheduling site visits for interested customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Explain real estate projects, pricing, location, amenities, offers, and investment benefits clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and identify genuinely interested prospects.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
• Maintain accurate lead status and follow-up information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with interested customers until site visit or closure.
• Coordinate with Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead qualification, and site-visit targets.
• Maintain professional communication with all customers.
• Candidate RequirementsFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Previous experience in Real Estate Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support or Inside Sales is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Telugu are required.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Confident and persuasive communication.
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from the Madhapur office.
