Telecaller Outbound

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote full truck load logistics services.
2. Identify and qualify leads through targeted communication.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
4. Address inquiries, provide detailed information about services, and handle objections effectively.
5. Explain pricing, service features, and benefits to customers.
6. Assist in preparing and sending quotations to prospects.
7. Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
9. Track the status of leads and ensure follow-up at every stage of the sales cycle.
10. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
11. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve organizational goals.
12. Collect and report customer feedback to improve service offerings.
13. Maintain a professional tone in all interactions to represent the company's brand positively.
14. Share promotional campaigns, offers, and updates with clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
2. Prior experience in telecalling or sales (preferably in logistics).
3. Knowledge of logistics services like FTL, LTL, and freight forwarding.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a customer-first attitude.
7. South languages mandatory( English, Telugu, Kannada & Tamil )
