Job Description

  • Ensure excellent client satisfaction, process transparency, timely delivery, and achievement of assigned business targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and counselling teams to ensure smooth client conversion and service delivery.
  • Stay updated on changing immigration policies, visa regulations, documentation standards, and embassy guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of client profiles, submitted applications, payments, and visa decisions.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and follow-ups throughout the visa application process.
  • Identify potential visa rejection risks and provide appropriate guidance to improve application quality.
  • Monitor application progress and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS Global, visa centres, and relevant authorities.
  • Manage online visa portals, embassy appointments, biometric bookings, and application submissions.
  • Verify document authenticity, consistency, and compliance with embassy requirements.
  • Draft professional cover letters, invitation letters, travel itineraries, and supporting statements.
  • Review bank statements, income proofs, sponsorship documents, and supporting financial records.
  • Guide clients in arranging mandatory documents, including financial, employment, travel, and accommodation proofs.
  • Prepare, verify, and process visa application forms with complete accuracy.
  • Explain country-specific visa requirements, immigration rules, and application procedures.
  • Handle visitor visa applications for countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen, Europe, UAE, and other destinations.
  • Guide clients on suitable visit visa options based on their purpose of travel.
  • Assess client profiles, travel history, financial status, and visa eligibility.
  • Provide professional visa consultation to clients based on their travel requirements and eligibility.
  • Handle end-to-end visit visa applications for all countries, ensuring accurate and timely processing
