Role: 3D Printing & Production Technician

We're looking for a detail-oriented 3D Printing & Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating 3D printers, preparing print files, performing post-processing, and supporting the production of high-quality architectural models and prototypes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage Resin (SLA/MSLA/DLP) and FDM 3D printers.

• Prepare, slice, and optimize files for efficient 3D printing.

• Monitor print quality and troubleshoot basic printing issues.

• Perform post-processing tasks including washing, curing, support removal, sanding, filling, priming, and finishing.

• Assemble printed components for architectural models and prototype projects.Proficiency in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, Blender, Rhino, CATIA, or similar CAD software.

• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of 3D printers.

• Ensure production quality, timelines, and delivery schedules are met.

• Collaborate with the design and production teams to achieve project goals.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace.

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience operating SLA, MSLA, DLP, or FDM 3D printers.

• Hands-on experience with slicing software such as Lychee, Chitubox, Cura, or Bambu Studio.

• Knowledge of STL, OBJ, and 3MF file formats.

• Experience in post-processing techniques including sanding, filling, priming, and surface finishing.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Qualification:

• Diploma/ITI/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Candidates with experience in architectural model making, product prototyping, fabrication, or additive manufacturing will be preferred.
