Job Description
- Data Entry & Ledger Maintenance: Enter financial transactions, invoices, and payment receipts accurately into accounting systems.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR): Process incoming and outgoing payments, prepare and send invoices, monitor account balances, and assist with credit control.
- Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements, and general ledgers, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Expense Management: Review, verify, and process employee expense claims and reimbursements.
- Payroll Support: Assist in gathering and organizing data for payroll processing.
- Audits & Reporting: Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation to support internal and external audits.
- Communication: Respond to vendor, client, and internal inquiries regarding payments and account statuses
