About the RoleWe are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Accounts Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing timely financial reports to management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain complete books of accounts using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Record all sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and bank transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, and General Ledger.
• Create and process Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Tax Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.
• Perform weekly bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within statutory deadlines.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and compliance.
• Manage PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Maintain accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections and vendor payments.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management during audits and financial reviews.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheet schedules, cash flow reports, and other financial reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
• Support inventory and stock reconciliation whenever required.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and company records.
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
