Job Description

  • Maintain daily books of accounts: sales, purchases, receipts, payments
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) on time
  • Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records and claim correct input tax credit
  • Reconcile bank statements and supplier/distributor ledgers
  • Enter and verify purchase and sales data in Tally and Marg ERP
  • Track payables, receivables and expiry/return credit notes
  • Prepare monthly reports for management
  • Coordinate with the CA for audits, TDS and annual filings

Requirements

  • B.Com or equivalent; 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of GST filing and Tally
  • Good with Excel
