Accountant Cum HR Executive

Job Description

MLC INFOTECH is looking for an experienced Accountant cum HR & Payroll Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, payroll, employee administration, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Manage vendor bills, payments, and customer billing.
• Prepare monthly salary, DA, TA, fuel, and expense statements.
• Maintain bank reconciliation and cash flow reports.
• Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS, and other accounting matters.

HR & Payroll

• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and salary records.
• Handle employee joining, exit formalities, and documentation.
• Manage payroll processing and salary deductions.
• Maintain employee master data and HR records.

PF & ESI Compliance

• Handle employee PF registration, UAN creation, and ESI registration.
• Prepare and file monthly PF ECR and ESI contributions.
• Generate challans and ensure timely statutory payments.
• Maintain PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory records.
• Coordinate with EPFO, ESIC, and external consultants.
• Required SkillsB.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance or HR)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and MS Excel.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
