Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions using Tally Prime.
2. Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, payment vouchers, and receipts.
3. Manage GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), GST reconciliation, and other applicable taxation activities.
4. Handle PF, ESI, TDS, and other statutory compliances and ensure timely filings.
5. Process monthly payroll, salary calculations, deductions, and payslips.
6. Maintain accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
7. Prepare daily, monthly, and annual financial reports.
8. Maintain employee, vendor, customer, and financial records.
9. Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments.
10. Handle professional email communication and finance-related correspondence.
11. Prepare and maintain accounting reports, payroll sheets, and financial statements using MS Excel.
12. Ensure accuracy of financial records and timely completion of statutory deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Practical experience in GST, PF, ESI, TDS, and taxation.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll processing.
• Good understanding of statutory compliances.
• Strong email communication and professional correspondence skills.
• Good analytical, numerical, and documentation skills.
