Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the administration and management of Microsoft SharePoint Online environments. This role includes coordinating the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions that work harmoniously with Active Directory. The position requires continuous collaboration with project teams to provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring that solutions meet organizational needs and operate efficiently. The role also involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders to maintain smooth project progress and delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of SharePoint Online projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint solutions with existing systems.
- Support junior team members by providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience in managing and administering Microsoft SharePoint Online environments.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory integration and management.
- Ability to design, develop, and implement scalable SharePoint solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide technical guidance across teams.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and deployment best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
