This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to integration and middleware technologies.
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting complex enterprise applications and integrations.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and their operational aspects.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
