Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, your day involves acting as a software detective, diligently monitoring and analyzing various components of essential business systems. You will engage in identifying issues proactively and resolving them to ensure smooth and uninterrupted system operations. Your role requires a dynamic approach to problem-solving, collaborating with different teams to maintain the reliability and performance of critical applications that support business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
- Continuously monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues effectively.
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Ability to work with various operating systems and understand system architecture.
- Good communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with automation tools to streamline monitoring and reporting processes.

Additional Information:
