Job Description
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth service execution.
- Drive productivity, utilization, and on-time service delivery.
- Monitor performance dashboards and resolve operational issues.
- Manage field staff attendance, shift readiness, and availability.
- Conduct daily team briefings and engagement activities.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time (TAT), and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with operations, training, supply, and city teams.
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
