Assistant Manager - CAD Engineer
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using CAD tools.
- Create detailed designs for missile subsystems, airframes, structures, enclosures, and mechanical components.
- Generate GD&T-compliant engineering drawings and BOMs.
- Support prototype development, testing, and design validation activities.
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program teams for design implementation.
- Maintain design documentation, configuration control, and engineering change records.
- Ensure designs meet manufacturability, reliability, and defence standards requirements.
Qualifications
Qualification & Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related discipline.
- 6-10 years of experience in CAD design and product development.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or NX.
- Experience in defence, aerospace, missile, UAV, or complex engineering products preferred.
- Good understanding of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and engineering documentation.
