Job Description

  • Bartender – Job Role & Responsibilities1. Drink Preparation & ServicePrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of drinks.
  • Handle bar equipment like shakers, pourers, blenders, and POS billing systems.
  • 2. Customer ServiceGreet guests, take orders, and recommend drinks based on preferences.
  • Maintain a friendly, engaging, and professional bar atmosphere.
  • Resolve guest queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • 3. Bar OperationsMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory, garnishes, glassware, and supplies.
  • Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • 4. Cash Handling & BillingManage billing, cash, UPI, and card transactions through POS.
  • Maintain accuracy while processing orders and closing bills.
  • 5. Inventory & Stock ManagementTrack daily consumption and assist in stock ordering.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and prevent wastage or pilferage.
  • 6. Team CollaborationWork closely with service staff, barbacks, and management for smooth operations.
  • Support during events, high-volume hours, and special promotions.
  • Key SkillsMixology basics
  • Knowledge of spirits, cocktails & garnishes
