Job Description

Manage daily spa operations independently.

Handle therapists, receptionists and housekeeping staff.

Achieve monthly revenue and membership sales targets.

Promote massage packages and membership plans.

Maintain customer satisfaction and service standards.

Monitor appointments, billing, cash and inventory.

Manage staff attendance, grooming and discipline.

Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
