Job Description

  • Operations & Workflow: Manage daily shop tasks, vehicle scheduling, repair orders (job cards), and turnaround times
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor body repair technicians, painters, and service advisors
  • Insurance & Claims: Coordinate with insurance adjusters, surveyors, and financial services representatives to approve estimates and manage claims.
  • Estimating & Cost Control: Prepare and review accurate repair estimates, monitor labor and parts costs, and control shop inventory
