About the RoleWe are looking for enthusiastic and driven Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, enjoy interacting with people, and want to build strong professional and business development skills.

As a BDA, you will interact with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain relevant solutions, and contribute to the company's growth through effective communication and relationship building.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Work closely with the team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously improve communication and business skills.
• Support the team in achieving overall business growth objectives.
• RequirementsAny graduate or final-year student can apply.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in interacting with customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace is an advantage.
