Business Development Executive (BDE)

Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. You will be on the front lines of expanding our market presence and directly impacting our bottom line.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
• Pitch products and services to prospective clients, effectively converting leads into active customers.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Build, maintain, and nurture long-lasting relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements.
• Track daily sales activities, maintain a healthy pipeline, and report on performance metrics.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.

Requirements & Skills

• Graduate degree in any specialization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a high degree of self-motivation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or business development is an advantage, but eager freshers are welcome to apply.
