About the Role

NoBroker is hiring motivated and customer-focused Business Development Associates (BDA). The role involves onboarding property owners, conducting field visits, assisting buyers during property visits, and driving premium subscription sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Acquire and onboard property owners onto the NoBroker platform.
• Connect with potential customers through company-provided leads, outbound calls, and follow-ups.
• Meet property owners and prospective buyers for property visits.
• Explain property features and assist customers in renting, leasing, or purchasing properties.
• Conduct property verification and property photoshoots to ensure accurate listings.
• Educate property owners about NoBroker's premium services and subscription plans.
• Negotiate pricing and facilitate successful deal closures between property owners and customers.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Update customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience is mandatory.
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and customer interactions.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
• Candidates with experience in Banking, Credit Cards, Loans, Insurance, Real Estate, Telecom, Automobile, FMCG, or Direct Sales are encouraged to apply.
• Salary & Benefits
• Take-home Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and previous take-home salary).
