Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Executive (Industrial Sales – Crusher Spares)

Location: [Turkapally], Hyderabad

Salary: ₹20000 – ₹30000 per month, plus incentives on sales

Experience: 1–5 years in B2B or industrial sales. Experience selling crusher spares, mining equipment, engineering products, steel or bearings is preferred.

Education: Any graduate. A diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical is preferred.

Shift: [9:30 AM – 6:30 PM], [6 days a week]

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

About Us

We manufacture, recondition and trade spare parts for stone crushers, including shafts, bushes, liners, jaw plates, mantles and concaves. Our customers are stone crusher and quarry owners across South India, and we want to grow this customer base.

What You Will Do

• Find new customers: call, message and visit stone crusher and quarry owners
• Visit crusher sites to understand what spares and repairs customers need
• Prepare quotations and follow up until the order is confirmed
• Keep regular contact with existing customers so they come back for repeat orders
• Coordinate with the factory on order status and delivery dates
• Follow up on payments
• Record every lead, call and order in our ERP system
• Report weekly on visits, leads, quotations and orders

Who Should Apply

• You speak confidently on the phone and in person, and you do not hesitate to call a new customer
• You are comfortable travelling to crusher and quarry sites
• You understand basic mechanical parts, or you are willing to learn them quickly
• You are organised with follow-ups and do not let a lead go cold
