Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate to handle placements, student coordination, client relationships, and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with companies, generating leads, organizing placement drives, and supporting business growth through effective communication and relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with companies for student placements and recruitment drives.
• Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and clients.
• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Guide students regarding job opportunities, interviews, and career support.
• Organize placement drives, job fairs, webinars, and recruitment activities.
• Explain company services, training programs, and offerings to clients/students.
• Maintain placement records, client databases, and business reports.
• Achieve placement and business targets assigned by the organization.
• Support marketing and training teams in promotional activities.
• Conduct counseling sessions and provide career guidance to students.
