Business Management Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operations and development of the business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
• Support customer acquisition and business growth initiatives
• Assist with team coordination, planning, and performance management
• Participate in meetings, presentations, events, and promotional activities
• Monitor business performance and help identify areas for improvement
• Support the implementation of new business strategies and campaigns
• Work alongside senior management on business development projects
• Develop an understanding of leadership, operations, sales, and commercial strategy
