Job Description

The Career Counsellor is responsible for guiding students throughout their training journey, understanding their needs, providing accurate career advice, and ensuring a smooth learning experience. The role demands strong communication, convincing abilities, and proactive student handling.


  • Interact with students daily to understand concerns, challenges, and academic progress.
  • Provide clear guidance and solutions for academic
  • Maintain strong rapport with students through active communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Communicate with students in a clear, engaging, and confident manner.
  • Use strong verbal communication with high pitch, clarity, and active speaking to create impact during counselling sessions.
  • Provide personalized career counselling based on student goals and performance.
