Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-time)

Job OverviewWe are looking for two versatile, smart, and proactive female professionals to join Kumon Lanco Hills as full-time Center Assistants. The ideal candidates must be multi-talented—possessing both strong high-school level math skills to guide students, and excellent communication skills to interact confidently with parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Guidance: Evaluate, grade, and guide students through Kumon math worksheets, including advanced high-school levels (Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus).
• Parent Communication: Act as the face of the center. Greet parents, handle inquiries, and confidently communicate student progress and daily performance during pick-up hours.
• Center Operations: Manage daily student attendance, organize worksheets, maintain progress logs, and ensure the center runs smoothly.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with each other to manage the classroom flow during peak student hours.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Graduate background with a strong foundation in mathematics (B.Sc Math, B.Tech, or similar educational background).
• Math Skills: Must be highly proficient in solving high-school algebra, equations, and basic calculus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal fluency in English and conversational proficiency in Telugu or Hindi to comfortably handle parent interactions.
• Traits: High patience, absolute accuracy in grading, an encouraging attitude towards children, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Location: Candidates residing near Manikonda, Puppalguda, Khajaguda, or Chitrapuri Colony are highly preferred for a stress-free commute.

Selection Crieteria:

1. The Math Test: 6th grade maths written test (additions, subtractions, multiplications ,division, fractions)
2. The Communication Test: Have a quick 5-minute conversation with them in English about how they would explain a student's mistake to a parent.
