Job Description

Role: CA / CMA, GST and Advisory


About us

Enclaro Advisors LLP is a Hyderabad advisory firm working on GST litigation, due diligence, M&A structuring and Virtual CFO assignments. You will work directly with the founding partner on live client matters from day one.


What you will do

  • Draft replies to GST notices and SCNs, including audit and scrutiny matters
  • Prepare appeals before the Appellate Authority and GSTAT, and attend hearings
  • Handle GST refunds (export and inverted duty) through to sanction
  • Research case law and circulars, and write advisory notes on client queries
  • Review financial statements for Schedule III and disclosure compliance
  • Support financial, GST and income tax due diligence for investments and acquisitions
  • Analyse company financials and tax positions for transaction advisory, valuation and deal structuring

Who we are looking for

  • Qualified CA or CMA, 1 to 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Hands-on exposure to GST notices, appeals or litigation
  • Working knowledge of income tax, enough to spot risks in a due diligence
  • Comfortable reading and questioning financials, not just preparing them
  • Can meet clients and officers independently
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Own two-wheeler for travel within Hyderabad

Details

  • Salary: Rs 60,000 to 75,000 per month
  • Timings: Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 6 PM (second Saturday off)
  • Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad (work from office)
  • Joining: immediate, or up to 30 days notice
