Job Description

Location: In and around South West Hyderabad - Kokapet, Neopolis, Tellapur, Gachibowli, Hitec City etc.


Responsibilities:

  • Labor Management: Supervise and manage labor teams to ensure efficient execution of construction projects.
  • Client Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, address their concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Material Management: Oversee the procurement, storage, and utilisation of construction materials.
  • Billing and Payment Follow-up: Ensure timely billing and payment from clients.
  • Reporting and MIS: Prepare and submit regular progress reports and maintain accurate records.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills; ownership-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
