Job Description

Relationship Manager – Home Loans

Generate and convert home loan leads.

Meet customers and understand their loan requirements.

Explain loan products, eligibility, rates and documentation.

Collect documents and coordinate with credit/operations teams.

Follow up from login to sanction and disbursement.

Develop relationships with builders, DSAs and channel partners.

Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Provide customer support throughout the loan process.
