Job Description
A Client Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the sales and service process.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and appointments.
- Assist clients with documentation, booking, and payment processes.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM or company databases.
- Achieve customer satisfaction and retention goals.
