Responsibilities: Customer Satisfaction II Client Relationship Management • Develop and manage relationships with clients • Create plans to address clients' business needs • Providing clients with relevant information about the products and services • Communicating with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person and resolving client queries • Maintaining a detailed and accurate record of all client details and communications
