CNC Milling Operator

We are looking for a skilled CNC Milling Operator for our Hyderabad location with strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in operating and setting CNC milling machines with high accuracy.

Candidates should be proficient in reading engineering drawings, selecting tools, maintaining dimensional accuracy, and ensuring production quality.

Experience in handling different materials and basic CNC programming knowledge will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and set CNC Milling machines as per drawing and process requirements
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and process instructions
• Select appropriate cutting tools and perform tool setting
• Check dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, etc.
• Ensure product quality and maintain daily production records
• Perform basic machine setting and offset adjustments
• Follow all safety and housekeeping standards in the workshop

Required Skills:

• High proficiency in CNC Milling machine operation
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Milling Operator
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Basic understanding of G & M codes
• Knowledge of tool selection, tool setting, and dimensional inspection
• Ability to work with different materials
• Basic CNC programming knowledge will be an added advantage

Work Schedule:

• The role involves rotational night shifts, and candidates must be flexible with working hours.
