Job Title: Tele Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities;-

 Contact customers through calls and other approved communication channels to recover overdue payments.

 Follow up regularly with delinquent borrowers to maximize recoveries and reduce portfolio delinquency.

 Negotiate suitable repayment plans and secure payment commitments from customers.

 Advise customers on available payment options and encourage timely repayments.

 Handle customer queries, disputes, and escalations professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience

Experience Required

 6 months to 2 years of experience in Collections, Tele-Collections, Recovery, or Customer Service within an NBFC,

Bank, FinTech, or BPO.

 Experience in handling unsecured loan collections and delinquent accounts is preferred

Qualification

 HSC/12th Pass candidates with relevant collection experience may also be considered

Interview Round
