Job Summary
Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for an aggressive, target-driven and experienced Collections Operations Lead with strong banking and hardcore collections experience. The candidate must be capable of handling and monitoring collection agents, driving recovery targets, and managing collection operations from the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, monitor and manage collection agents to achieve daily and monthly recovery targets.
- Handle hardcore collections related to banking, loans, overdue accounts and debt recovery.
- Track agent productivity, collection performance and recovery progress.
- Follow up with agents on pending cases, overdue payments and target achievement.
- Motivate agents, address performance gaps and ensure effective team coordination.
- Prepare daily collection reports, MIS reports and performance updates for management.
- Handle escalations and support agents in resolving collection-related issues.
- Ensure professional communication and compliance with company collection procedures.
Requirements
- Basic graduation is required.
- Proven experience in banking and hardcore collections operations is essential.
- Experience in coordinating, monitoring and handling collection agents.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Must be aggressive, proactive, disciplined and target-oriented.
- Ability to manage pressure and drive team performance.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills are preferred.
- Strictly office-based role. No field sales or field collection activities.
Work Location: Suchitra, Hyderabad, Telangana.
